Pont Scethin
Iain Davidson
Pont Scethin
Above Dyffryn, the Ardudwy Way crosses
Pont Scethin – a 12th century bridge built on
the old London to Harlech road, which follows
a much older route, still indicated by old marker stones in the boggy ground of the Ysgethin valley. The print shows a view of the bridge, looking upstream into the foothills of the Rhinogydd.

Pont Sgethin
Uwchben Dyffryn Ardudwy, mae Taith
Ardudwy yn croesi Pont Scethin - pont o'r
12fed ganrif a adeiladwyd ar yr hen ffordd rhwng Llundain a Harlech, sy'n dilyn llwybr llawer hŷn, a ddangosir o hyd gan hen gerrig
ar dir corsiog dyffryn Ysgethin. Mae'r print yn dangos golygfa o'r bont, yn edrych i fyny'r afon tuag at odre'r Rhinogydd.
